Include one photo showing the whole tree, closer photos of the work area and images showing access, nearby buildings, fences, roads or power lines. Marking the relevant tree can also help when several trees are visible.
How quickly will Hardfell respond?
General enquiries are handled Monday-Saturday between 7am and 5pm. Response time depends on workload and the information provided. Dangerous or storm-damaged trees can be reported through our 24/7 emergency line.
